Amnesty International Via the Instant Karma Campaign Reunited A Man From Green Day's "Working Class Hero" Video With His Family

Amnesty International through the Instant Karma campaign sent money to the Darfur Human Rights Organization of the USA (which organized many of the Darfuris for Green Day's "Working Class Hero" video shoot), who used this money to send one of the young men from the Green Day video, named Garelnabi Abbas (pictured above), to a refugee camp in Chad to bring relief supplies, and to be reunited with his mother, two sisters and a brother. Garelnabi returns this Friday, October 5th, from his trip to Chad. Both Amnesty International and Warner Bros. Records are proud to be a part of this exciting and deeply meaningful journey.
