MUTEMATH IN THE STUDIO
DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL DATES CONFIRMED

New Orleans-based eclectic-rock quartet MUTEMATH
are currently in the studio recording the follow-up to their 2006 critically-embraced, self-titled debut album, which is expected early next year. Fans can view the band working on new material in the studio at: www.YouTube.com/mutemath.

In the meantime, the band has confirmed three summer dates at this year's Download 2008 Festival to preview some brand new material for fans. Stops include: San Francisco (Shoreline Amphitheatre, July 19th), Los Angeles (Gibson Amphitheatre, July 20th) and Philadelphia (Susquehanna Bank Center, August 2nd).

Over the past 18 months MUTEMATH has amassed a loyal and ever-growing audience of devotees due to their ultra-energetic and genre-defying live performances including incendiary sets at Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Warped Tour, V Festival, Voodoo Music Experience, plus various UK and European festivals. TV appearances on Letterman, Conan O'Brien, Craig Ferguson and Jimmy Kimmel Live have left an indelible impact. Their last Kimmel performance made TV history as they became first band ever to perform their single, “Typical,” song completely in reverse; still a You Tube favorite.

Accolades from the press have become commonplace. MTV's "You Hear It First" called their first single, "Typical," Anthemic and Gigantic! While Alternative Press Magazine proclaimed MUTEMATH "The Number One band to see live before die". Now’s your chance:

Sun. July 20 Gibson Amphitheatre Los Angeles, CA
Sat. Aug 2 Susquehanna Bank Center Philadelphia, PA

TEGAN AND SARA RETURN TO THE USA THIS FALL

Critically celebrated songwriting force TEGAN AND SARA have announced dates for a late Summer, early Fall American tour which will kick off in San Diego on Sep. 20, and will culminate with a 4 night stand in Los Angeles Oct. 16-19, in support of their current Vapor/Sire album, THE CON.

Following several months of continuous touring behind sold-out tours of the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia along with various summer festivals inbetween dates on Cyndi Lauper’s True Colors Tour, Tegan and Sara return to the States before a well-deserved break to contemplate their next album. “The Mighty Quins” continue to enthrall audiences and draw rave reviews wherever/whenever they perform:

“A few songs into their Bonnaroo set, not only was the entire crowd singing along but they were understandably enraptured with the musicians. Despite the heavy heat, Tegan and Sara seemed remarkably cool.” – Spin.Com

“Tegan and Sara’s performance was among the best I’ve seen all year.” – Seattle Weekly

“Unpredictable anecdotes, playful banter…when the lights come up, a derisive jeer bubbles from the crowd…they don’t want to see them leave.” -- Blender Magazine

“Their heart-on-sleeve songs have a raw, emotional quality that’s uncommon in this era of high-gloss girl singers. These days, their sound has evolved into an edgy, dramatic style of pop-rock.” -- NY Newsday

Tickets for the tour will go on sale to the general public on Monday, June 23. However, there will be an internet ticket presale through Music Today beginning Saturday, June 21, at 10:00A.M. For details, go to:

THE SUBWAYS READY TO RELEASE “ALL OR NOTHING”
US SUMMER TOUR CONFIRMED

June 3, 2008 (Burbank.CA) – Hyperkinetic UK rock trio, THE SUBWAYS have completed their 2nd album for Sire Records entitled “ALL OR NOTHING” scheduled for domestic release on Sep. 9, 2008. The 12-song strong album was recorded in Los Angeles last fall by venerable producer Butch Vig (Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth) and marks a dynamic sonic progression from their critically-embraced 2006 album debut, “YOUNG FOR ETERNITY.”
“The Subways debut…is packed with the kind of raw energy and brash attitude that comes with youth…hits you like an express train.” -- People
“The Subways come by their charming chemistry naturally: The trio has an irrepressible garage-rock energy, rare sweetness and unabashed confidence.” -- USA Today
“The Subways threaten the Arctic Monkeys’ position as the hottest band out of the U.K.” – Rolling Stone

The new album, “ALL OR NOTHING,” reveals the work of a confident, revitalised band with a singular focus and a new mission statement. “We’re coming out, we’re coming over, you’re standing on the platform and we’re bringing you with us!” This time around the riffs are heavier; the drums more manic than before but the melodic sensibilities remain intact and even more infectious this time around. The lyrical perspectives and vocal performances are also a cut above to reflect their personal and professional growth and the experience of a life less ordinary touring the Globe non-stop as they have for the past few years. Yet they are all still in their early 20s. Vocalist Billy Lunn has fully recovered from career-threatening vocal chord surgery and feeling stronger and more motivated than ever as the albums title suggests. The UK press have already responded in kind:

THE ENEMY U.K. INVADE THE USA
DEBUT ALBUM ON WARNER BROS. RECORDS SET FOR AMERICAN RELEASE
STATESIDE TOUR DATES CONFIRMED

One of the fastest rising stars on the UK rock scene, THE ENEMY U.K. has signed to Warner Bros. Records. The Coventry-based trio comprised of vocalist/guitarist Tom Clarke, bassist Andy Hopkins and drummer Liam Watts will release their debut album, WE’LL LIVE AND DIE IN THESE TOWNS, in America physically and digitally on August 5, 2008, to coincide with the band’s first-ever American live shows.

THE ENEMY U.K. formed in early 2006, and had written, recorded and released their first independent single, “40 Days & 40 Nights” on the legendary Stiff Records by November that same year. Each of the members was just 18 years old at the time. From the onset, the band made it clear that their impact as a live attraction would not go unnoticed. The promise was kept and word quickly spread from their Midlands home base throughout the UK.
A second single for Stiff, “It’s Not OK,” followed in February of 2007 to rave reviews, impressive sales and high profile support slots with the likes of Manic Street Preachers and Kasabian. Upon release of their third single “Away From Here,” in April 2007, THE ENEMY U.K. had signed to Warner Bros. Records, entered the UK Singles charts at #8 and played a sold-out homecoming gig in Coventry on the same day.

In recent months, THE ENEMY U.K. have exploded in popularity at home and throughout Europe becoming a consistent mainstay in the pop charts with each new single release and winning a spate of Awards: “Best New Act” – Q Magazine Awards – Oct 2007, “Best British Debut Album of 2007 at the XFM Awards and “Best New Band” at the NME Awards in Feb 2008. Now, they have their sights fixed on America.

SINGER-SONGWRITER JASON REEVES SIGNS WITH
WARNER BROS. RECORDS

IOWA CITY NATIVE HITS THE ROAD IN JULY IN SUPPORT OF HIS DEBUT ALBUM THE MAGNIFICENT ADVENTURES OF HEARTACHE

June 26, 2008 — Burbank, CA — Warner Bros. Records is pleased to announce that it has signed up-and-coming singer-songwriter Jason Reeves to a recording deal and will pick up distribution of the 23-year-old Iowa City native’s digital debut album, The Magnificent Adventures of Heartache (and Other Frightening Tales). The label will make a physical CD of the album widely available at retail for the first time.

Reeves has already made a splash with Magnificent Adventures, which has sold briskly since Reeves released it himself by posting the tracks on his MySpace page in August 2007. Reeves’ hook-filled songs of love, hope, heartbreak, and renewal, matched with his engaging tenor voice, propelled him to become the No. 1 MySpace Folk artist (unsigned) for 9 months and made him a fixture in the Top 5 Acoustic (unsigned) and Top 20 Overall (unsigned) categories.

In addition, Reeves was named one of the Top Indie Singer-Songwriters of 2007 by iTunes, which also dubbed Magnificent Adventure one of its Top Folk Albums of 2007, giving it a five-star review after it debuted at No. 2 on the iTunes Folk chart.

Many fans will already be familiar with Reeves through his songwriting collaborations with breakthrough singer-songwriter Colbie Caillat, the first person Reeves met after he relocated to Los Angeles in March 2005, to pursue his songwriting career. Reeves co-wrote 10 tracks on Caillat’s platinum debut album Coco, including the smash hit singles “Bubbly” and “Realize,” the latter of which he also sings on, and its upcoming single “The Little Things.” Reeves has also had his songs featured on the television shows One Tree Hill and A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila.
